Snake Arcade Game is a small, independently run game site. There is no support desk and no ticket system — messages go straight to the person who builds the games, and you will usually get a reply within a few days.
The only contact channel is email:
Please put the subject of your message in the subject line (for example "Bug: swipe not working on Android" or "Ad on Nokia Snake page"). Messages that look like bulk mail are filtered out automatically, so a real subject line helps yours get through.
What to Write About
- The game is not working
- Tell us which page you were on, what device and browser you are using, and what happened. If you can, say what you expected to happen instead. Screenshots help.
- Controls do not respond
- Say whether you were using a keyboard or a touchscreen, and whether the round had already started. On a touchscreen the first swipe starts the game; after that, each swipe steers.
- A page is broken, missing or shows the wrong thing
- Send us the address of the page. If a link goes nowhere, that is exactly the kind of thing we want to hear about.
- Advertising on the Site
- If an ad covers the game, does not close, or looks inappropriate for the page, tell us which page and roughly where on the screen it appeared. We forward advertising complaints to the network that served the ad.
- Privacy and data
- For anything about cookies, advertising data or your rights, read the Privacy Policy first — it answers most questions. If something is still unclear after that, email us.
- Ideas and feedback
- Games you would like to see, pages that are missing, links that go nowhere — all welcome.
What We Cannot Help With
- Recovering a high score. Scores are stored in your own browser, not on our servers. We hold no copy and have no way to restore one.
- Removing ads from another website. We only control advertising on this Site.
- Unblocking your network. If a school or workplace network blocks a page, that decision is made by the network, not by us. The Snake Unblocked page explains what does help.
Response Time
This is a small site run in spare time, so replies are not instant. Most messages get an answer within a few days. Bug reports and broken-link reports are read first.
Before writing, check the Privacy Policy and the game
page — a good share of questions are already answered there. It saves you the wait.
